3-star landmark hotel with panoramic city and ocean views in downtown Vancouver

Rooms & Views

All rooms at Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre have floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the city skyline, English Bay, or the mountains. The hotel's two glass towers - North Tower (30 floors) and South Tower (35 floors) - offer large corner rooms and two-bedroom family suites. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and public areas.

Dining & Lounges

The hotel has three on-site dining outlets, including Café One for refined Canadian cuisine and Bar One for craft beers and West Coast food. A Starbucks coffee shop operates on the ground floor of the South Tower. The Club Lounge on the 25th floor of the South Tower provides complimentary breakfast and evening hors d'oeuvres with panoramic views.

Business & Events

More than 55,000 square feet of event space includes a rooftop terrace and versatile meeting rooms across both towers. A 24-hour business centre with fax and photocopying is located in the South Tower. The hotel is a short walk from Vancouver Art Gallery, Robson Street shops, and Yaletown restaurants.

Wellness & Recreation

The fitness centre in the North Tower has personal trainers, a cardio room, and two weight rooms. An indoor heated pool and two Jacuzzis are available for guest use year-round. Bicycle rental is offered for guests exploring Stanley Park and the seawall.

Pet-Friendly & Accessibility

The hotel welcomes two pets per room and provides pet bowls on request. Accessible features include wheelchair-accessible rooms, lowered bathroom sinks, raised toilets, and grab rails. Valet parking, an electric vehicle charging station, and a parking garage are available on site.

“Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre is a landmark hotel distinguished by its architecture and central location. I appreciate the practical amenities for business and leisure travelers, and the sweeping city views clearly enhance the experience. While the South Tower may have some drawbacks, the North Tower's conference facilities and comfortable rooms make it a solid choice for events.”

The Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre is a modern hotel in a central downtown location, within walking distance of various stores and a 10-minute walk to the harbor front. Guests often enjoy impressive city views from higher floors, some as high as the 27th floor, visible from floor-to-ceiling windows. Rooms are generally spacious, and many guests appreciate the comfortable beds; however, the room layout could be improved in some rooms. The hotel's location makes restaurants like The Boulevard Kitchen and Oyster Bar easily accessible.

Consistent Quality and Great Service

separate sinks rainfall shower quick elevators convenient location
My room included two separate sinks. This was useful. The rainfall shower had excellent water pressure. The elevators moved quickly, and I experienced no noticeable noise from other floors. The location allowed me to easily walk to nearby attractions. This saved me time.
The minibar was not restocked daily. This was slightly inconvenient.
Rooms
9/10
The room featured a comfortable king-sized bed. a well-lit work area with ample outlets for electronics, very convenient. High floor rooms provide reduced street noise. The climate control system worked efficiently.
Facilities

The fitness center offered three treadmills and two stationary bikes. It was adequate. A pool area included twenty loungers and also a shaded section. The business center had several computers with printing capabilities.
Service

The front desk staff were consistently cute and efficient, and they always addressed me by name. Daily housekeeping maintained the room super clean. it replenished supplies without prompting. The concierge provided helpful directions.
